Locality Award
Celebrates one person within a single entity, recognised by the colleagues who see their work up close. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the people who make a difference in their immediate workplace.
Intersect has always been about its people. These awards are our way of saying thank you.
A growing family of organisations, built through shared purpose, dedication and the people who believe in what we do.
Intersect began with a single treatment centre. In ten years, it has grown into more than twelve organisations. That growth happened largely because of our staff, who believed in our MD/CEO's vision and gave their best to it every day.
We have been fortunate, and deeply grateful, to work alongside some of the most dedicated people any organisation could ask for.
Our awards are one way we acknowledge that journey. They give us an opportunity to celebrate the people behind our progress and recognise the contributions that make Intersect what it is today.
The Annual Service Meeting began with a simple purpose: to bring every unit of the consortium together to meet, socialise and celebrate.
It is also where we pause to recognise the people who stand out. The awards give us a way to celebrate them in front of the colleagues they work alongside.
Beyond the awards, the meeting creates space for colleagues from different organisations and teams to connect, share experiences and celebrate being part of a wider consortium.
Recognition means more when it comes from the people who see the effort, care, teamwork and commitment behind the work every day.
Our awards recognise contributions at different levels, from the colleagues closest to the work to people whose impact reaches across the entire consortium.

Open to everyone across all our entities. Staff vote for anyone in the consortium who has made a difference, whichever centre or team they belong to. These awards celebrate contributions that reach beyond individual workplaces.
Funded by former staff who give back to celebrate colleagues still in the consortium. Once part of the team, they remain part of the family.
